Guests may cancel prior to their scheduled arrival. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is requested:

- Full Refund if cancellation is submitted at least 14 days before check-in.
- Partial Refund (50%) if cancellation is submitted 7–13 days before check-in.
- No Refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in.

- Any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

Last-Minute & Early Booking Exceptions
- If your booking was made within 24 hours of the check-in date, specific refund rules may vary based on availability and seasonal demand. In these cases, a representative will contact you with details.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of cancellation and issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
4. No-Shows & Early Departures
- No-Shows: No refund will be issued for guests who do not arrive without prior notice.
- Early Departures: Refunds for early check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis; generally, no refund is issued unless required by local rental laws.
