1. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be collected at the time of booking or prior to arrival. This amount varies with property type and seasonal pricing.

Payment Notice

  • If an exact deposit amount is not shown at booking, a representative will contact you with the required amount before check-in.
  • The security deposit is refundable subject to terms below.

2. Assessment & Reporting

After check-out, the property host will inspect the unit. The security deposit may be retained, in whole or in part, to cover:

  • Damage to property beyond normal wear
  • Loss or replacement of items
  • Extra cleaning or repair costs
  • Unauthorized guest use

The guest will receive an itemized report detailing any charges within 48 hours of checkout.


3. Charge Authorization

By agreeing to these terms, guests authorize charges to the payment method provided at booking.

If additional charges apply beyond the security deposit, you will be notified and billed accordingly.


4. Dispute Resolution

Guests may dispute charges in writing within 7 days of receiving the itemized report. Documentation (photos, receipts, etc.) will be provided to support any assessed fees.
